Bit Handler Sharpening Jig
No more trying to hold tiny bits by hand against the spinning wheel of a grinder. No more meticulously lapping with a diamond stone. Just pop your cutter into the Universal Sharpening Jig to quickly restore a precise, sharp cutting edge.
The Bit Handler accepts all ¼” and 3/16” square tool bits. Designed to work seamlessly with the Oneway Wolverine V Arm and similar systems, the Bit Handler offers full control over your sharpening angles. You can also safely hold and precisely sharpen short bits with round 3/16” or smaller in diameter shafts by adding the Contour Cutter Adapter.
Change the jig height to set the side grind angle of your cutter and adjust the arm’s distance from the wheel to shape the front grind. Whether you’re replicating a manufacturer’s grind or customizing the angles for a more aggressive or refined edge, the Bit Handler gives you precision at your fingertips.
The Bit Handler includes a spacer so you can conveniently and consistently set the exposure of your bits. Also included is a Hex Key for adjusting the jig. The Contour Cutter Adapter is available separately and can be found here.
