At all times we strive to ship within 24 hours of your order. Occasionally I will be at a symposium, traveling or teaching clinics and that will delay shipping. On those occasions I will post the shipping delay on the website.
Due to different country shipping regulations any international orders must contact us directly. Use the ‘Contact’ page comment box to list what you would like to purchase, your shipping address and your contact information. We will reply with a shipping quote for your country. Buyers are responsible for all VAT or added tax.
Out of Stock
When a product is out of stock you will only see an option to 'Add to Wish List'. Once the item is back in stock the 'Add to Cart' button will be visible.
Returns and Warranties
We are proud of the products we make and sell and are committed to providing you with the best support possible.
All products may be returned for a full refund with free return shipping within 30 days of purchase. We will send you a postage paid label for any return. Elbo Tool items MUST be packaged in the original packaging material to receive free return shipping. If you do not have the packaging material let us know and we will ship you the cushioning. There will be a $20 charge for shipping the packaging materials and that will be deducted from your refund. We will include a postage paid return label. Items returned after 30 days up to 180 days will receive a refund minus return shipping charges. We will send you a postage paid return label. Refunds only apply to the original purchaser.
All of our products are warrantied to be free from defects or manufacturing issues for one year from the purchase date. However no matter how long you have had the tool if you have any mechanical issues please contact us through the ‘Contact’ page and we will work with you to correct the issue. Warranty does not cover abuse, neglect or ‘brain fart’. Warranties only apply to the original purchaser.
