The Elbo 2 Laser Guide (ELG) is robust and user friendly. It is compatible with new and old Elbo Hollowing Tools.
Machined from high quality aluminum the Elbo 2 Laser Guide is lightweight and incredibly stable. The unique laser adjustment system simplifies setting up your wall thickness. Adjusting just a small swing plate eliminates the frustration of adjusting the long bars found on many laser guides.
The laser is designed for industrial use and is resistant to vibration, dust and temperature extremes. The red laser dot can be focused to accommodate your needs. Never worry about keeping batteries in stock as the ELG is AC powered. I personally tested the laser on a paint vibratory mixer for 10 minutes and the laser worked perfectly through the entire test. The same laser has been running 24-7 since June 1, 2018 and is still going strong. The structure of the ELG is American made, by me at my machine shop. The laser is the only internationally sourced fixture.

Elbo 2 laser guild
I have tried three laser lights before this one none of them compare. The dampening ability of the aluminum is very impressive the light is also is impressive. Tim has been doing tests on this light after you talk to him you will understand why this is the best laser guide for your hollowing system.

Elbo laxer system
I mounted it on another articulated arm system. I think it will be better than the laser I had. Haven't used it yet.

Elbo 2 Laser Guide
I purchased this Elbo 2 Laser Guide to retrofit my Original Elbo Tool. The Original Elbo Tool did not have a hole in the tool holding portion but I was easily able to drill and countersink the proper sized hole to put it together. This Laser Guide will work great on my Original Elbo Tool and show me the cutter heads position to prevent me from going through the sides of my projects in the future. (Not that I have ever done that...LOL) Note from Tim: Elbo Tools that are 15 years old or less should have a hole for the laser. Only the very first Elbo Tools did not have the hole, but as Timothy said it is very easy to drill a hole for the laser guide bolt if you need to.

Elbow 2 Hollowing System
I just got my system, but I have set it up, which was a piece of cake. The quality and workman ship is over the top. Just like Tim said, it set up on my almost 20 year old hollower with no problem. I recommend that anyone not wait as long as I did to see the need for one of these. I was not sure this system would work on my hollower, so I contacted Tim and he assured me it would. He is great to work with.

Tim's Laser Bar
Bought this to replace my DIY laser bar which was pretty much a copy of Tim's but used a battery powered laser. Use it with my DIY hollowing stabilizer and a McNaughton coring system. Tim's bar is MUCH nicer than my DIY - It's very nicely machined and NO MORE BATTERIES or laser's getting killed from vibration on the coring rig. Well worth the money!
